Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Lead Generation Specialist
located in
Multan
. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, building targeted prospect lists, managing outbound campaigns, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. The role involves conducting market research, using CRM and outreach tools, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    B2B lead generation, prospecting, or sales development
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools
  • Excellent research and data-mining skills for building targeted prospect lists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with KPIs and meet weekly/monthly targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with multiple industries (recruitment, real estate, marketing, etc.) is a plus
