We're seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer & Technical SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of content optimization strategies across our blog and website. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical SEO, content creation, and scaling content production. You'll work closely with our content team to optimize existing content, develop new content strategies, and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Optimization:

- Develop and implement content optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to inform content decisions.

- Optimize existing blog content, web pages, and other digital assets for SEO best practices.

2. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and optimized content at scale.

- Develop content guidelines, style guides, and templates to ensure consistency across our digital properties.

- Conduct content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.

3. Technical SEO:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.

- Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve website crawlability, indexability, and page speed.

- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and implement optimization solutions.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, search engine rankings, and content engagement.

- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on content performance and optimization opportunities.

- Work closely with content creators, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective content optimization strategies.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in content optimization, technical SEO, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and template development.

3. Content Expertise:

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies.

- Excellent writing, editing, and content strategy skills.

4. Analytical Skills:

- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

5. Communication:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
