Make sure the Quality of the work in the site in terms of Proper material usage, proper installation process as per the Approved shop Drawing.

Preparation of interim payment certificate.

Dealing with sub-contractors and certifying their bill.

Assisted with Processing of variations and extra works.

Preparation of bills for variation works.

Job Specification

Must have expereince of working as quantity surveyor for min 4 to 5 years.

Negotiation with sub-contractors.

Preparation of progressive payment bill.

Comparison between Tender and Construction stage and cost analysis.

Prepared work progress.

Maintaining daily Report as well as monthly report.
