Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Project Location(s): Lahore, Pakistan

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Compensation: Market Competitive

Job Responsibilities
  1. Detailed quantity analysis & estimation as per approved drawings with reference to BOQ, as per requirement.
  2. Interim payment certificate verification of the projects.
  3. Preparation of the BOQ and detailed Estimate for the projects.
  4. Daily work done report from QS section.
  5. Effective coordination with the design section, architectural section, and site team.
  6. Escalation/de-escalation calculation (verification/checking) as per requirement.
  7. Checking variation in items and quantities.
  8. Preparation of tender/bidding documents and well-versed in AutoCAD (2D).
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  10. Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
  2. Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
