Mechanical Incharge

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overall maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding.
2. Monitoring of daily breakdowns and reporting to the production manager.
3. Ensure proper execution of the maintenance team as per requirement in all sections on a daily basis.
4. Build and properly utilize the maintenance team.
5. Develop a preventive maintenance plan.
6. Ensure execution of the preventive maintenance plan.
7. Monitor daily, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance activities.
8. Ensure availability of spare parts in store, keeping requirements in mind in advance.
9. Identify good suppliers for spare supplies and outsource maintenance.
10. Keep up to date all maintenance-related records/data and present to management whenever required.
11. Analyze machine downtime and take preventive measures to reduce it on a monthly basis.
12. Develop machine-wise maintenance standards.

1. Coordinate with all concerned for smooth production and better maintenance service.
2. Ensure all staff within the section are fully aware of quality & safety standards.
3. Ensure the 6S conditions within the section.
4. Any other task assigned by the manager.
5. Hydraulics and Machines Valves.
