Job Title: Mechanical Incharge

The role of the Mechanical Incharge is to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities across various sections within the organization. This involves monitoring equipment breakdowns, reporting to senior management, and ensuring effective execution by the maintenance team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain high levels of proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime.
  2. Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes and efficient maintenance services.
  4. Ensure all staff members within the section are aware of quality and safety standards.
  5. Enforce 6S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
