The position holder is responsible for managing and enhancing the OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) and Reporting Platform, ensuring seamless regulatory and financial reporting processes. The role will drive key finance technology initiatives, system enhancements, and automation projects to support the bank's strategic decision-making.

This role requires deep expertise in OFSAA modules, regulatory reporting frameworks, financial consolidation, ALM (Asset & Liability Management), FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing), PFT, ECL (Expected Credit Loss), and risk analytics. Additionally, the candidate should have experience implementing AI/Gen AI and automation solutions to optimize reporting and analytics processes.

The position holder will also be responsible for business engagement, managing ongoing reporting operations, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.

Key Result Areas

• Manage and enhance the OFSAA and Reporting Platform, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end regulatory and financial reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and automated report generation.
• Lead the implementation of OFSAA modules, including FTP, ALM, Basel, and ECL, ensuring alignment with finance and risk management objectives.
• Drive automation and digitization in regulatory and financial reporting using AI/Gen AI, RPA, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to define reporting requirements and system enhancements.
• Ensure strong data governance, risk management, and audit-readiness in all reporting processes.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and best practices.
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring OFSAA service levels and contractual obligations are met.
• Optimize financial consolidation, cost allocation, and forecasting models within the OFSAA framework.
• Lead the implementation of integrations between OFSAA and Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting systems.
• Ensure the continuous improvement and scalability of reporting platforms to meet evolving regulatory requirements.

• Operates within a dynamic regulatory and financial technology landscape, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Adheres to internal policies, compliance regulations, and risk management guidelines.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to drive reporting automation and optimization.
• Accountable for ensuring business continuity and high system availability for critical reporting platforms.

Problem Solving

• Identify gaps in regulatory and financial reporting processes, ensuring solutions are in place to address discrepancies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of system and data issues impacting reporting accuracy.
• Optimize OFSAA modules and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Leverage data analytics and automation tools to enhance reporting accuracy and forecasting capabilities.
• Address and resolve compliance-related challenges, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

• Approve and oversee the implementation of system enhancements and automation initiatives in OFSAA and reporting platforms.
• Ensure alignment of reporting strategies with regulatory, risk, and finance requirements.
• Define and enforce data governance and quality control measures to maintain accurate and audit-ready reporting.
• Drive vendor and stakeholder negotiations, ensuring timely delivery of technology upgrades and system support.
• Make key decisions related to project prioritization, resource allocation, and system integration strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, or a related field (master's or relevant certifications preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in banking technology, with a strong focus on Management and financial reporting which include regulatory reporting.
• Proven expertise in OFSAA modules (FTP, PFT, ALM, Basel, ECL, and Cost Allocation).
• Experience in implementing and managing regulatory reporting platforms in large financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks, including Basel, IFRS, and local regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in financial consolidation, cost allocation, and forecasting models.
• Experience in AI/Gen AI, RPA, and analytics-driven automation solutions for regulatory reporting.
• Strong data governance, risk management, and audit compliance experience.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools used for regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to lead technology-driven regulatory and financial reporting projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align reporting processes with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and IT teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive reporting transformation.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure service level compliance.
