Overview

To lead the distributor/organization team in deploying company strategies to address local business needs. Train and motivate the team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Permanent Journey Plans.
  • Screen and hire Order Bookers / DSRs.
  • Ensure implementation of the Annual Operating Plan, focusing on:
    • Achieving monthly volume targets.
    • Optimizing shop visits.
    • Ensuring product range availability.
    • Maintaining prime rack locations and rack integrity.
    • Maintaining FIFO at warehouse and market.
    • Minimizing market stale products.
  • Identify stock requirements at the warehouse.
  • Deliver volume and revenue targets for the territory.
  • Develop the capabilities of distributors and their workforce.
  • Roll out Sales OOR modules to distributors.
  • Utilize promotional budgets effectively.
  • Ensure proper use of subsidies like stale allowances, salaries, and rentals.
  • Conduct in-market training and coaching with regular follow-up.
  • Develop new accounts.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to the ASM.
  • Manage PI assets including racks.
  • Ensure implementation of sales software at the distributor end.
Qualifications

Knowledge/Skills: Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving skills.

University Graduate (BA preferred).

Experience

1-2 years in a similar role preferred, but fresh graduates may also apply.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
