Summary of the Opportunity

ICADRP is offering a Social Media & Marketing Traineeship for a passionate and creative recent graduate. This hands-on traineeship provides practical experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing while supporting ICADRP's mission to promote its alternative dispute resolution and prevention services and initiatives.

Outstanding performance during the traineeship may lead to a longer-term role at ICADRP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support the implementation of social media strategies to grow ICADRP's online presence
  • Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Monitor and assess the performance of social media campaigns and use data to drive improvements
  • Design visuals and graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
  • Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and apply new ideas to enhance ICADRP's outreach

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, completed within the past six months
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and current content trends
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and tone
  • Experience using design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is an advantage
  • Comfortable using data and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, platform insights) to evaluate and improve campaigns
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to contribute as part of a collaborative team
