Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Marketing Associate to manage and execute our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media content creation and publishing, website (WordPress) management, marketing inventory tracking, and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create calendars, schedule, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends, engage with the audience, and manage online reputation.
  • Generate and analyze social media performance reports for insights and improvements.

YouTube Channel Management:

  • Upload and optimize videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Manage video content, playlists, and community engagement.
  • Track YouTube analytics and provide performance insights.

Website & CMS Management (WordPress):

  • Update and maintain the company website using WordPress CMS.
  • Ensure website content is up to date, including blogs, project details, and media galleries.
  • Work with the design team to improve website UI/UX.

Marketing Inventory & Assets Management:

  • Maintain records of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, merchandise, and corporate gifts etc.
  • Ensure the timely availability and distribution of marketing materials to the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the printing and procurement of marketing assets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support event planning and promotional activities. Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1.5-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, WordPress, and YouTube management.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva/Photoshop (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
