Responsibilities: include but not limited to;

  • Ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and maximum ROI is achieved.
  • Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme.
  • Working with Affiliate / Marketing team to find the best solutions for affiliate partners.
  • Analyzing campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
  • Overseeing all affiliate campaigns.
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme.
  • Developing affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates.
  • Identifying and recruiting new affiliates.
  • Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates by updating on new products and any program enhancements.
  • Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions.
  • Reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity.
  • Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner.
  • Delivering affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions.
Job Specification
  • Candidate must have 5-7 years' e-commerce experience.
  • Understand Digital Marketing (SEO and Social).
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing.
  • Proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns.
  • Knowledge in ad-serving technologies.
  • Experience in campaign management.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.
