We are seeking a skilled and strategic Affiliate Manager to develop and optimize our affiliate strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing an effective affiliate marketing plan.
  2. Monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  3. Identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners to expand our reach.
  4. Providing support and resources to existing affiliates to ensure their success.
  5. Cultivating strong relationships with affiliates through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Managing social media presence and addressing affiliate inquiries in a timely manner.
  7. Designing and managing competitive structures to drive revenue growth.
  8. Ensuring accurate payments and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Affiliate management experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
