We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools. You'll drive outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and support the sales team by building a strong pipeline. 1–3 years of experience in lead gen, great communication skills, and a proactive attitude are key.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound communication (emails, LinkedIn messages, cold calls).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to nurture prospects.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect interactions in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in B2B lead generation or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and pipeline management.
