Responsibilities:

  • Profit & loss management using tools like ConnectBooks
  • Use of BQool, GoAura, or other repricers to stay competitive
  • Creating and maintaining purchase orders based on demand forecasting
  • Ensuring optimized POs by factoring in sales velocity, inventory levels, and budget
  • COGs tracking and updating for accurate profit calculations
  • Monitoring account health, buy box stats, and stranded inventory
  • Managing inventory flow and replenishment cycles efficiently

Expertise in Tools Required:

  • BQool or GoAura
  • ConnectBooks
  • Google Sheets/Excel (POs & tracking)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year of working in the Amazon wholesale model
  • Deep understanding of numbers, margins, and scalable wholesale strategies
  • Experience working with authorized distributors or direct brands
  • Organized and confident in managing multiple SKUs/accounts

  • Strong English communication
  • Attention to detail & accountability
  • Ability to work long-term and grow with the team
