DevOps Engineer AWS - Onsite - Karachi

Job Summary:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring CI/CD automation, optimizing deployment pipelines, and strengthening system security and disaster recovery. Your work will enable scalable and resilient fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices-based architecture.
  2. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.
  3. Optimize containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  4. Monitor and manage AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway).
  5. Set up log monitoring and alerting using ELK, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
  6. Implement high-availability, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.
  7. Work with security teams to ensure PCI-DSS compliance and secure cloud environments.
  8. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth deployments and infrastructure scaling.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Cloud Computing.
  • 5+ years of experience after graduation.
  • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, and networking security.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and secure cloud-based applications.

Location: Khayban e Itehad, Karachi.

Timings/ Days: Mon to Fri 11am to 8pm
