NetSuite Administrator

The NetSuite Administrator will work closely with the business to develop solutions that will improveprocesses, gain efficiencies, enhance analytics, and leverage the NetSuite platform. This position will beresponsible for evolving current processes and workflows, support with data cleansing, developing newenhancements, training, building custom reports and configurations, working with third-party vendors, andowning the evolution of the NetSuite platform. The NetSuite Administrator will report directly to theController and work closely with the Project Management, Operations and Clinic stakeholders to provideexpert knowledge and ensure that all issues have been resolved.

Must Haves

• Computer Science, Business Degree or any related Bachelor'sDegree. Technical degree preferred.
• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite customisations anddata migration
• Experience executing with the ability to oversee NetSuitedevelopment for integration, implementation, and testing
• Can provide ongoing systems and technical support for theNetSuite system
• Experience with consolidations and intercompany transactions
• Able to provide support with inventory management
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger,revenue recognition, planning, accounting, and financial reporting
• Can exercise strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Can confidently provide support and user training acrossdepartments
• Communicate issues, enhancements, and ROI with the Business andsenior leadership
• NetSuite ERP program with prior experience with NetSuite CRM and eCommerce
  
• Stay current on upcoming releases and communicatechanges/enhancements to the Business
• Provide training to operations staff and monitor changemanagement
• Facilitate testing company & clinic-wide for ongoing systemvalidation
• Processes and interprets complex and/or less clearly definedissues
• Identifies problems and possible solutions for complex situations;takes appropriate action to resolve by applying technically soundand efficient solutions.
• Interprets, monitors, and analyzes data to resolve inconsistenciesin non routine research/data
• Makes decisions within broad functional or vertical guidelines
• Creates regular reporting, presentation and roadmaps for progressagainst plans, tasks, and future state suggestions, respectively.
• May provide guidance/direction/training to any stakeholder
• Initiates relationships within Finance, Project Management andOperations Teams
• May be responsible for projects of high-level complexity and/or ona large scale
• Could have a major impact on consulting, delivery, and productmanagement
• Responsible for recommending adjustments to processes orsystems that improve the effectiveness of the use of NetSuite
• May be required to apply discretion within broad operationalboundaries and procedures when deciding on solutions
• Exercises independent judgment in determining how work isperformed; may communicate issues and progress weekly.
• Recommends exceptions to policy and procedure
  

Responsibilities

• Drive, request, evaluate and develop structural and design solutions for the NetSuite application
• Develops, tests, and deploys customisations, custom objects, and new functionality based onevolving business needs
• Enhances existing functionality and improves processes within NetSuite and refers these toFinance, Project Management and Operations Teams
• Customises NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
• Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules
• Works with multiple teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes
• Researches and analyses application behaviours and improves performance and stability
• Repairs and recovers from hardware or software failures
• Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups
• Configures NetSuite to align with the company's use of forms, fields, and customer records to manageunique business process requirements
• Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite
• Works with business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrates new systems into the infrastructure if needed
• Works alongside the management team to implement process improvements with systematic
  solutions
• Comprehends, articulates, and documents needed customisation, reports, and capabilities
