Key Finance Role

This is a challenging position that demands strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee various financial operations.

  • Financial Management: Responsible for correct accounting practices and recording in line with local laws, IFRS, and US GAAP.
  • Payroll Coordination: Submitting fortnightly payroll data into an HR system, managing the preparation and disbursement of payrolls, journalizing payroll disbursements and accruals in QuickBooks, preparing payroll schedules monthly, and working with HR for leave balance accrual and recording financial impact.
  • Revenue Recognition: Maintaining and updating revenue schedules, journalizing entries in QuickBooks related to monthly revenue recognition, maintaining a database of all sales contracts, and coordinating with sales teams.
  • Implementation Hours: Ensuring sanity checks in Zoho regarding hours recording, creating zoho accounts for team members, conducting meetings with CS and other teams, and preparing analytics and reports for Ops review meeting.
  • Cost of Revenue Management: Maintaining and updating cost of revenue schedules, reconciling with partners, preparing and issuing partner order forms, and anticipating reductions in cost due to churn or downgrade.
Requirements:
  • Qualified or finalist ACCA, CMA, CIMA qualification.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Sound understanding of accounting concepts, IFRS, and GAAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using NetSuite or renowned accounting software.
