Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecommunications Engineer at HNL. The Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, telecommunications systems, network design, Voice over IP (VoIP), and technical support on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Experience in Telecommunications Systems and Network Design
  • Knowledge of Voice over IP (VoIP)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
