Job Description

Trainee Support is responsible for assisting new trainees in their onboarding, learning, and overall development within the company. This role ensures a smooth transition for trainees by providing necessary resources, guidance, and assistance throughout their training period. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about helping others grow professionally.

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Internship
Reports To: Training Manager / HR Manager
Salary: 60k to 90k

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Help in processing sales orders
  • Maintain and update the CRM
  • Engage in training sessions to learn about services
Must Have
  • O and A Levels preferred
  • Effective customer interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Accuracy in data entry and documentation is essential
Nice to Have
  • Ability to think critically and find solutions to client issues
  • Understanding of sales processes and terminology
  • Work efficiently under pressure
