Responsibilities
  • To supervise, execute and monitor the maintenance activities within the value stream to ensure reliable and optimal operation of processes, equipment, utility and facility to achieve the target production levels within the framework of current cGMP, quality and safety.
  • To provide compliance support to Engineering Department in documentation, audit and coordinate with Engineering stream members for documentation, maintenance of equipment (CMMS) and financial compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to plant facilities, processes, methods of operations and turnaround; troubleshoot for process and equipment problems to minimize safety and quality risks and to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate in executing computerized system validation processes; support engineering and other stakeholders in validation activities and completion of documentation.
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation of refurbishment, modification of machines and installation of new machines and equipment and ensure appropriate machine guarding in compliance with safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to develop the monthly production plan in accordance with maintenance plans and provide inputs to prepare preventive maintenance plans for the area of responsibility.
  • Review, analyse and recommend maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned maintenance, downtime, costs, and spare materials usage.
Education, Experience & Skills
  • B.E. Electronic
  • 5–8 years minimum experience as a technical professional
  • Computer System Validation
  • Computer literacy and ability to use emails for official correspondence
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, flexible and a self-starter with time management skills
  • Ability to build staff capability to meet engineering standards
  • Technical acumen (thinking, reasoning, logic)
  • Strong teamwork and ability to interact with people across functions and levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; root cause analysis
