Overview

Director of Sales & Marketing at Texdale Pakistan | Co-convener Young Entrepreneurs Committee LCCI. Plump'd is a new-aged skincare brand aiming to create effective, safe, and innovative products tailored for the Pakistani market. We're looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, strategic, and passionate about building brands that truly connect with people.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
  • Manage Plump'd's social media presence and content calendar
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
  • Support in product launches, PR activities, and community building
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field (LUMS, LSE, BNU preferred but not required)
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios also encouraged)
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and influencer marketing
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
