  • Have a strong background in machine learning, with experience and expertise in personalized machine learning algorithms, especially recommender systems.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the areas: recommender systems, machine learning, deep learning, pattern recognition, NLP, content understanding, or multi-modal machine learning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiar with architecture and implementation of at least one mainstream machine learning programming framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet).
  • Experience with ML tools such as LightGBM, XGBoost, DVC, Weights & Biases.
  • Work in a cross-functional team of ML engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and Backend & Frontend engineers who are passionate about their product.
  • Deploy ML model pipelines, scale through Big Data, and optimize performance.
Qualifications
  • Technical education in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (Master's degree or higher preferred).
  • Product development experience in consumer-focused companies.
  • Technical experience as a software developer or a related role.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
