We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods across the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience working US-based dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across the US.
  • Coordinate with drivers to provide necessary information regarding routes, traffic, weather, and other conditions.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, drivers, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the location of trucks through GPS systems and provide real-time support.
  • Keep accurate records of driver logs, fuel usage, trip reports, and delivery documentation.
  • Handle emergencies, delays, breakdowns, and other issues that may arise during transport.
  • Negotiate with brokers for load assignments and rates.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in US-based truck dispatching (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US geography and transportation regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
