UI/UX Designer

Proto IT Consultants is seeking an experienced and highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team. We specialize in providing cutting-edge digital solutions to high-profile clients across various industries, from finance and technology to e-commerce and healthcare. As part of our design team, you will have the opportunity to create exceptional user experiences that transform business objectives into impactful digital products.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing visually compelling and intuitive interfaces. You should have at least 2 years of experience working on high-profile projects and possess a strong proficiency in Figma. The ability to develop clickable prototypes and translate complex requirements into seamless digital experiences is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Use this data to inform and validate design decisions.
2. UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Develop clickable prototypes that effectively communicate the user flow and interactions.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business goals and technical constraints.
4. Iterative Design & Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Ensure the final output meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.
5. Brand Alignment & Consistency: Ensure all design elements adhere to the client's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across different platforms and devices.
6. Documentation & Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications and documentation for seamless handoff to developers, ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout the development process.

Requirements:

1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of working with high-profile clients and delivering high-quality designs.
2. Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating interactive and clickable prototypes. Ability to use design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software is a plus.
3. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing past UX/UI projects, including clickable prototypes that demonstrate your expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.
4. Design & Prototyping: Ability to create compelling visuals, interactive prototypes, and user flows. Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and responsive design.
5. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
6. Problem Solving & Adaptability: Ability to understand complex project requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin, or other design handoff platforms.
2. Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience using project management tools like Jira or Monday.com.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position, and the candidate must be available to attend in-person meetings at our office as required. Remote work flexibility is available depending on project needs.

Candidates should be able to provide a link to an online portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate experience and proficiency in UX/UI design using Figma.
