Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer Consultant to join our team on a 4-month full-time contract. The client is a large international company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly experiences and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions.
  • Improve and refine existing UI/UX elements to enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Ensure that designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance UI/UX processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a consulting or contract role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills and previous projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience with user research methods, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (preferred but not required).
