Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inbound Sales Executive for a new sales campaign in Telecommunications in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assist customers on the call. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Sales Calls: Answer inbound calls from potential customers, providing excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers as needed, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase and resolving any post-sale concerns.
- Record and Update Customer Information: Accurately input and update customer data into the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.
What We Offer:
