IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and planning the deployment of cybersecurity solutions across the enterprise. This role ensures that security technologies align with organizational security policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. The individual will work closely with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to assess security needs and propose appropriate solutions.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Security Solutions Evaluation & Planning


• Research and assess emerging cybersecurity technologies and tools.


• Develop security solution proposals, ensuring alignment with business and security objectives.


• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new security tools.

Security Solution Architecture & Integration


• Assist in designing security architectures for new and existing solutions.


• Plan integrations of security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, DLP, NAC, Firewalls) into the enterprise environment.


• Work with solution architects to ensure compatibility with existing security frameworks.

Vendor & RFP Management


• Assist in drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for cybersecurity solutions.


• Evaluate security vendors and solutions based on technical and business requirements.


• Coordinate with vendors for product demonstrations and technical evaluations.

Security Governance & Compliance Alignment


• Ensure that planned security solutions meet compliance requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).


• Contribute to security policies and technical guidelines for deployed security solutions.


• Support security audits by providing details on planned and implemented solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting


• Work with IT and security teams to define technical specifications for cybersecurity solutions.


• Provide recommendations to senior management regarding security technology investments.


• Prepare reports and documentation on solution planning activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Security+.

Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of security technologies (SIEM, EDR, DLP, firewalls, PAM/IAM, etc.).
  • Experience in security solution planning and vendor evaluation.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, etc.).
