IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for managing and optimizing the lifecycle of cybersecurity solutions deployed across the organization. This role ensures that security technologies and services—such as IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and Firewalls—are effectively maintained, integrated, and aligned with business and security objectives. The role involves working with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal functionality, continuous improvements, and compliance with security policies.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Cybersecurity Services Management & Optimization

• Oversee the lifecycle management of deployed security solutions (IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP, Firewalls, etc.).

• Ensure proper integration and interoperability of cybersecurity solutions within the enterprise security framework.

• Work with IT teams to fine-tune security solutions, improving performance and effectiveness.

• Plan for the scalability and continuous improvement of security services.

• Service-Level Management & Vendor Coordination

• Define and monitor SLAs (Service-Level Agreements) for cybersecurity solutions and services.

• Work with vendors and managed security service providers (MSSPs) to ensure timely support and updates for security technologies.

• Manage contracts and service agreements related to cybersecurity solutions.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of security services.

• Security Solution Governance & Compliance

• Ensure cybersecurity services comply with regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).

• Develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for maintaining cybersecurity solutions.

• Assist in audits and compliance assessments related to deployed security technologies.

• Contribute to the creation of governance frameworks for security service operations.

• Incident Support & Service Enhancement

• Work with security operations teams to ensure deployed solutions effectively detect and mitigate threats.

• Provide technical support for security solution incidents, working with vendors for issue resolution.

• Assist in defining processes for incident response, escalation, and resolution related to security technologies.

• Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor security service performance and generate reports on effectiveness and compliance.

• Propose optimizations and upgrades for cybersecurity solutions based on industry best practices.

• Conduct regular reviews of cybersecurity solution performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Security+, ITIL.

Competencies:

• Strong understanding of security solutions (IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR, DLP, firewalls).
• Experience in security solution lifecycle management and optimization.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Ability to work with vendors, MSSPs, and security service providers.
