Bottier is a premium leather goods brand based in Nashville, US, with production operations in Pakistan. We design high-quality, full-grain leather bags that combine timeless craftsmanship with modern functionality. We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Manager based in Lahore to lead our marketing efforts across digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the U.S.-based team and take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital platforms (social media, paid ads, email)
  • Manage and grow brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok)
  • Design and produce visually compelling marketing material using Canva.
  • Manage email marketing and campaign flows, including newsletters, promotions, and customer segments
  • Maintain and update the Shopify store, including product listings, homepage updates, and promotional content
  • Create compelling marketing copy for social media, email newsletters, website, and product launches
  • Coordinate with freelancers or creative partners (e.g., graphic designers, photographers)
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Stay informed about trends in fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing (especially in U.S. markets)
  • Support influencer outreach and customer acquisition strategies
  • Work independently while aligning with brand guidelines and business objectives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
  • Proven experience with Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads
  • Strong English copywriting and editing skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email platforms
  • Experience managing and updating an e-commerce store on Shopify
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate proactively with remote teams

Preferred

  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries
  • Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, or Figma
  • Experience working with international (especially U.S.-based) teams or brands
  • Understanding of U.S. fashion/lifestyle trends and consumer behavior
  • Portfolio or examples of past successful campaigns or projects
