Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Management System Engineer at ITCS. The Building Management System Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining building management systems, including overseeing building services and facility management. You will leverage your expertise in Honeywell systems to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about building technology, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and has a track record of success in delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of work experience with Building Management Systems
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining building management systems, with a focus on Honeywell products
  • Proficiency in programming and configuring Honeywell control systems, including Niagara Framework, Spyder controllers, and WEBs-AX
  • Building Management experience, including Building Management Systems and Management Systems
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control theory, and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of building services and facility management (FM)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Honeywell certifications (e.g., Honeywell Certified Expert, Honeywell Certified System Integrator) preferred
