Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Manager located in Islamabad. The Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, managing budgets, and coordinating with contractors and service providers. The role also includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the overall aesthetics and functionality of the building.

Qualifications

  • Building Management and Facility Management (FM) skills
  • Strong Communication skills for effective coordination
  • Building Maintenance skills to ensure the upkeep of the facility
  • Experience in Budgeting to manage financial aspects of building operations
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in construction or real estate management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in sciences
