Job Overview:

Skynergy Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Officer to manage our company's financial records, day-to-day accounting tasks, and stock/inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and inventory management, preferably within the solar or energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update all financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
  • Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and reconcile bank statements
  • Handle sales, purchases, and expense entries with supporting documentation
  • Oversee stock movement (inward/outward) and maintain updated inventory logs
  • Evaluate stock levels and prepare inventory reports
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure stock accuracy
  • Perform inventory audits and physical verification
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax)
  • Support in preparing internal and external audits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and inventory management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in the solar industry is a plus
