Job Role / Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for purchasing construction renovation projects, laundry, Power Plant, UMP, MEP, stock items, and other non-medical equipment. You will also manage inventory of MRO and other spares. Additional duties include contract management and tendering processes related to construction and other projects. Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Processing new stock item requests based on policy and pre-approved criteria.
  2. Monitoring re-order levels through reports and raising requisitions when needed.
  3. Preparing forecasts, reviewing periodically, and communicating updates to buyers.
  4. Monitoring loan inventory transactions and ensuring proper recording and settlement.
  5. Reviewing par levels of consignment inventory and sending consumption reports.
  6. Optimizing inventory levels to meet goals.
  7. Sending alerts about stock status to end-users.
  8. Improving user satisfaction and compliance.
  9. Reviewing stock-out and critical items, following up for timely arrangements, and analyzing reasons for stock-outs.
  10. Engaging with end-users for satisfaction and issue resolution.
  11. Circulating expiry reports and following up for timely utilization or replacement.
  12. Monitoring slow-moving items and coordinating disposal or utilization.
  13. Providing reports and analyses, updating item parameters in the system.
  14. Reviewing and improving systems/processes.
Requirements:
  1. Graduate, preferably with courses in inventory management.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in inventory management.
  3. Knowledge of building materials.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to analyze critically and negotiate effectively.
