**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in chip design, including leadership roles.

**Publications:**

  • Must have publications as per HEC criteria for faculty appointments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with academic and industry partners to foster innovation in chip design and verification.
  • Lead research initiatives and establish industry partnerships to advance chip design technologies.
  • Manage complex chip design projects, ensuring quality and innovation standards.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
  • Extensive experience in chip design, tape-outs, and leadership, with mentorship capabilities.

**Terms & Conditions:**

  • Latest degree/certificate must be attested by HEC.

**Ineligibility Criteria:**

  • Less than one year of service at NUST or absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
  • In pursuit of the required degree.
  • Medical unfitness.
  • Late or incomplete applications.
  • Current government or armed forces employees require NOC.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; no TA/DA provided.
  • NUST reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process.
