Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and management of the HRIS and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Lead projects focused on system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Provide training and support for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures relevant to the use of HRIS.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommend solutions to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
