Assistant CHEF

Location: Hazro, Attock
Salary: PKR 20,000 + Accommodation

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Shawarma Maker to join our team in Hazro, Attock. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality shawarma and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare shawarma meat and vegetables, ensuring quality and freshness.
2. Marinate and season meats according to established recipes.
3. Operate and maintain shawarma machines and other kitchen equipment.
4. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace and equipment.
5. Assemble and wrap shawarma for serving, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
6. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
7. Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Shawarma Maker or in a similar role preferred.
2. Knowledge of different types of meats and preparation techniques.
3. Must have experience in Shawarma, Burger, and Zinger, and preferably with Turkish cuisines.
