Job Title: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer with a specialized focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). As a crucial member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites while implementing SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and a proven track record of optimizing websites for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites using the latest web technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Technical SEO:
  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine crawlability and indexation.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.
Content Optimization:
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure that web content is optimized for search engines.
  • Provide guidance on creating SEO-friendly content, including the use of relevant keywords, headers, and meta descriptions.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Regularly monitor website performance, identify issues affecting SEO, and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align web development and SEO efforts with overall digital marketing goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field).
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on SEO.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
