Responsibilities

Summary of Job Profile: The Network Engineer will work full-time across Pakistan to support planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure supporting current needs and future expansion. This includes integrating CISCO, Juniper, and other products from Arwen's portfolio for clients across Pakistan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participate in deployments across Pakistan.
  • Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
  • Handle JTAC and Cisco TAC cases.
  • Create BOQ for Cisco and Juniper products using respective configuration tools.
  • Implement network configurations including subnet, VLAN, VOIP, VPN, and wireless LAN at various locations.
  • Design, integrate, optimize, and migrate networks.
  • Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for connectivity, outages, or performance issues.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues related to network integration.
  • Maintain network security and ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Understanding of routing protocols and switching technologies.
  • Knowledge of network design, architecture, protocols, and topology.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Education, Experience, Certifications
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Certifications: JNCIA-JUNOS, JNCIS, JNCIP, CCNA, CCNP.
Competencies
  • Technical: R&S, VOIP, Security, Cisco/Juniper expertise, Citrix, RSA.
  • Behavioral: Organization, motivation, leadership, customer focus, communication skills.
