Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Analytics Team: Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists.
  • Data Strategy: Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Data Reporting: Present findings to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, sales and other teams to inform decisions.
  • Maintain Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of analyzed data.
  • Identify Trends: Spot market and industry trends to help optimize strategies.
  • Tool Optimization: Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and technologies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a data analytics team.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like R, Python, or SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data integrity principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights clearly.
