Job Summary:

We are looking for a fresh graduate in IT Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field to join our ARCH Pakistan office and work closely with the Data Analytics & AI team in KPMG Middle East.

You will collaborate with our onshore Audit Data & Analytics (D&A) CoE Specialist team to deliver high-quality Data Analytics & AI solutions that enhance our audit quality, risk assessment, exceptions-based testing and provide actionable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP knowledge, SQL, ETL and big data preparation / wrangling of client datasets (GL journal entries, trial balances, Sub-GL, Data Migrations) for audit analytics.
  • Design and implement completeness & accuracy testing for financial data.
  • Build interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize client data and highlight insights.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to address business needs through analytical solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using VBA, MS Power Automate, Agentic AI, Machine Learning etc.
  • Develop standardized processes and templates for recurring analytics requests.
  • Document workflows, data models, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Candidate Profile Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Data Analytics, AI or related field.

Key Attributes:

  • Strong skills in Microsft application viz. SQL, PowerQuery, PowerApps, Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design).
  • Experience with ETL tools (PowerQuery, Alteryx, Tableu, SQL).
  • Expert knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, analytics, data preparation, pivot tables, Power Pivot).
  • Familiarity with audit procedures and financial data structures (GL, TB, sub-ledgers). [optional]
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
