Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design initiatives, integrating cutting-edge AI tools with traditional design platforms. This role demands a visionary designer who can blend creativity with technology, ensuring our digital products offer exceptional user experiences. Leadership in guiding a team and collaborating across departments is essential. You will be leading our design team and will be expected to communicate with the client. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and user experience strategy across web and mobile platforms.
  • Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance and expedite the design process.
  • Create and manage design assets using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects).
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design and AI integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in AI design tools and a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance user experiences.
  • Expertise in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a design team.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
