We're looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce, Shopify, Marketplace, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Expert to help drive our online growth, keep our website updated, and maintain our social media presence.
We are looking for a dynamic, skilled, and highly motivated Ecommerce, Shopify, Marketplace, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Expert to join our growing team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our online stores across multiple platforms, ensuring that product listings are up to date, our website and social media profiles are engaging, and our digital marketing efforts drive traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:Ecommerce & Shopify Management:- Build our Shopify store
- Manage and optimize our Shopify store for maximum performance, usability, and speed.
- Set up and configure Shopify themes, apps, and integrations to enhance store functionality.
- Customize Shopify templates to match the branding and style of our interior design business.
- Manage product listings on Shopify, ensuring all product information (images, descriptions, prices, specifications) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor site performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Implement Shopify store upgrades and improvements, troubleshooting any technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the website aligns with our brand identity and vision.
- Manage product listings and promotions on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
- Monitor and improve product rankings across marketplaces.
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and optimize product visibility.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Utilize SEO strategies to ensure products and content are optimized for search engines.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as necessary.
- Keep social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) up-to-date with consistent posts, promotions, and content.
- Develop a content calendar and strategy for organic and paid social media posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor online community interactions.
- Monitor trends and use analytics to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
- Regularly update website content, images, banners, and promotions.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure the site remains visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for all devices.
- Perform quality checks and site tests to prevent any technical issues.
- Ensure all product listings on the website and marketplaces are optimized for conversions.
- Manage inventory, ensure stock levels are accurate, and address any discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits to ensure product information is consistent across platforms.
- Proven experience in ecommerce management, particularly with Shopify and major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing product listings for online platforms.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Buffer, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and ability to engage with customers online.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Previous experience in managing a high-volume online store or marketplace presence.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Understanding of branding and creative strategies for ecommerce.
- Can work within Chicago-US Central timings.
Salary: Start with $35,000 up to $45,000 as per progress
