We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and publish engaging content (text, image, video, and reels).
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisation.
  • Analyse social media insights and use data to drive growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to align with branding goals.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and running paid campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
