Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and Web Operations . This hybrid role requires a unique combination of development expertise, testing acumen, and operational proficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, testing, optimizing, and deploying websites and web applications, while ensuring performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining code integrity, improving site performance, and supporting web infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:Web Development
  • Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Laravel , PHP , WordPress , MySQL , and JavaScript frameworks .
  • Implement responsive front-end designs using HTML5 , CSS3 , Bootstrap , jQuery , and optionally React .
  • Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX components and APIs.
  • Write clean, scalable, maintainable code across front-end and back-end.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and perform server-side development and optimization.
  • Build and manage custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Conduct comprehensive functional , regression , and performance testing across various browsers and devices.
  • Perform UI/UX audits to ensure accessibility and usability.
  • Test forms, data flows, and user interactions for functionality and accuracy.
  • Validate cross-browser/device compatibility and mobile responsiveness (iOS and Android).
  • Maintain QA documentation, including bug reports and test cases.
  • Use tools such as Postman , Lighthouse , Google Search Console , and Clarity for debugging and behavioral insights.
Web Operations
  • Manage deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and staging/production environments.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, implement structured data, and optimize site speed.
  • Monitor hosting environments and server performance.
  • Manage data integrations and uploads, including Google Price sheet and similar feeds.
  • Track and resolve technical issues via project management tools and QA systems.
  • Provide operational support across web infrastructure and ensure continuous site performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years in a similar full stack or hybrid web development role.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery (React is a plus)
  • Back-End: PHP, Laravel, WordPress (custom theme & plugin development), MySQL
  • Other: REST APIs, TypeScript, Node.js
  • Proficient in managing and improving existing web applications.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with design, dev, and operations teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies , debugging tools , and version control (e.g., Git).
  • Familiar with web analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
