We're Hiring: Business Developer

Are you an experienced Business Developer with a strong background in the FMCG industry? We're looking for someone who can drive our growth and expand our restaurant business, particularly through B2B sales and franchising

Key Responsibilities:
  • B2B Sales: Identify and secure business partnerships with corporate clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue.
  • Franchising: Develop and manage franchise opportunities to expand our brand across new markets.
  • Market Expansion: Spot new growth opportunities, analyze trends, and help position our restaurant for long-term success.
  • Sales Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement sales and promotional strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities to ensure measurable results.
Requirements:
  • Experience in FMCG: Minimum 3 years of business development experience, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • B2B & Franchising Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales and franchise development.
  • Relationship Building: Strong skills in forging and maintaining business relationships and negotiating partnerships.
  • Leadership & Analytical Skills: Ability to lead teams, analyze market data, and develop actionable insights.
