Sixlogs Technologies is seeking a skilled and proactive HubSpot Marketer to join our marketing team full-time at our Karachi office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and funnel-building strategies using cutting-edge marketing tools.

As a HubSpot Marketer, you will take full ownership of designing and refining marketing funnels within HubSpot and Breeze, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximizing lead conversion rates. You will manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo and Clay, leveraging data enrichment techniques to generate high-quality leads.

Your role will involve managing automated sequences, lead scoring, and nurturing flows within HubSpot Marketing Hub to effectively move prospects from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). Collaboration with the sales team will be essential to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and optimize conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and continuously optimize HubSpot funnels, leveraging Breeze for smart workflow automation

Design and execute outbound campaigns using Apollo and Clay platforms

Manage lead scoring, sequences, and automation rules within HubSpot Marketing Hub

Collaborate closely with sales teams to improve MQL to SQL conversion rates

Analyze campaign performance data and implement improvements to increase email engagement and conversion

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Proficiency in Apollo, Clay, and data enrichment tools for lead generation

Strong passion for marketing automation, email campaign performance, and conversion tracking

Excellent analytical skills to measure and improve funnel efficiency

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
