The Position

This role offers a chance to work with a vibrant, growing software company with a young workforce and international clients. We are assembling a team of Cloud Engineers / Cloud Administrators in Lahore to support our Managed Hosted Service on Azure cloud. Initially, support will be during European hours, expanding later to U.S. and Australian time zones.

Key tasks include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing cloud environments
  • Responding to support tickets
  • Automating Azure solutions
  • Collaborating with architects and developers
Responsibilities
  • Provisioning VM / Azure App Services
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Implementing Azure security standards
  • Monitoring MS SQL databases
  • Managing backups, alerts, VPNs, DNS, Virtual Networks, and DR services
  • Application installations and report writing
  • Problem-solving
Required Skills

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer / IT Administrator
  • MS SQL and Windows Server skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Numeracy, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
Additional Skills (Advantageous but not essential)
  • CI/CD, IaC, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, VB .Net / C#, PowerShell, investment or fund accounting knowledge, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms
