Role Overview

As an Upwork Bidder, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, writing tailored proposals, and helping us secure high-quality projects in the design domain. You'll collaborate closely with our design and branding teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and showcase our expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bidding strategies on Upwork to generate leads.
  • Write clear, engaging, and customized proposals for design-related projects.
  • Understand client requirements and align proposals with services such as Branding, UI/UX, and Graphic Design.
  • Consistently secure projects that contribute to the company's growth.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up with prospects.
Requirements
  • Proven understanding of Upwork bidding strategies.
  • Excellent proposal writing skills (clear, concise, and persuasive).
  • Knowledge of design, branding, and UI/UX services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to consistently secure a healthy number of projects.
