Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Upwork Bidder
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, drafting compelling proposals, and securing projects on Upwork. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and explore job postings on Upwork to identify potential projects.
  • Draft and send personalized, professional proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct research to understand client needs and prepare comprehensive project bids.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and follow up on proposals.
  • Negotiate project terms and close deals with clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Maintain and update a detailed record of bids, client interactions, and project statuses.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly targets for secured projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong research skills to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using freelancing platforms, especially Upwork.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
