Sales Manager

Job Summary:
eSpark Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales department and close deals with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing strategies to boost sales performance, and ensuring that the sales targets are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will also play a critical role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the sales process aligns with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales department, ensuring the team is motivated, focused, and achieving sales targets.
- Close deals with clients, ensuring business objectives and client needs are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including leveraging platforms like Upwork to expand the client base.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving business goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Continuously improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in closing deals.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team to ensure their professional growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
